The plant is specially designed for dynamic loads, fully considering the characteristics of cycle operation of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, acetylene, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide power generation plants. The pressure vessel design takes pressure fluctuations and strain into account, ensuring continued reliability of the vessel through at least 4 million pressure cycles. Gas purifiers play an important role in factories, and engineers pay special attention to container design to avoid problems in the process of component fluidization gas during suction and discharge, and in various working conditions of the factory.

 

Through extensive CFD simulations and operational testing, Newtek ensures that products withstand physical stress and strain in a variety of dimensions and process environments. Their plants/generators use German Calvino/Sense pressure sensors and temperature sensors to ensure efficient, safe and truly flexible operation, avoiding risks and failures.
